Privacy Policy

This policy covers the public offline version of Tablemates, provided by 英帅 王 (“Tablemates”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Data kept on your device

Player names, favorite player lists, custom word packs, recently used words, votes, scores, settings, and saved games are stored locally on your device. The public offline version does not transmit this game data to our servers.

Apple device backups may include app data according to your Apple and device settings. We do not control those backups.

2. Accounts, advertising, and analytics

The public offline version does not require an account, offer online matchmaking, display third-party advertising, or include a third-party analytics SDK. It does not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera, photos, or precise location for gameplay.

3. Custom content

Words and player names you enter are stored locally. Do not enter personal, confidential, unlawful, or infringing content. Custom packs are not published to a community and are not automatically translated.

4. Sharing

Sharing a scorecard is optional. Scorecards use player numbers by default. If you choose to include names, ask your friends first. Apple’s system share sheet sends the scorecard only to the service or person you select; that destination’s own privacy terms apply.

5. Deleting local data

You can delete individual custom packs and the saved favorite group inside the app. Settings → Delete local game data removes saved games, custom and previously saved AI packs, recent-word history, the favorite group, and any development access code stored by this installation. Sound and interface preferences remain. Uninstalling the app removes its local data; manage Apple backups separately.

6. AI and online services

The public offline release does not expose the development AI word workshop and does not send topics or prompts to an AI provider. If a future public version introduces AI or another online feature, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures, and explain the transfer before it occurs.

7. Support messages and website hosting

If you email us, we receive the address and content you choose to send and use it to answer your request. Please do not send passwords, access codes, or unnecessary private game information. You may ask us to delete support correspondence, subject to applicable legal or security retention requirements.

This website is hosted by Render. Like most hosting providers, Render may process technical request information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

8. Children

Tablemates is a general-audience party game and is not directed specifically to children. The public offline version does not require personal information or an account. Parents and guardians should supervise the words and names entered by younger players.

9. Security, international access, and changes

We use reasonable measures appropriate to an offline app and a public HTTPS website. No device or Internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. Website requests and support correspondence may be processed where our hosting and email providers operate.

We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

隐私政策

本政策适用于由英帅 王提供的《同桌》公开离线版本（下称“同桌”或“我们”）。

1. 保存在设备上的数据

昵称、常用玩家名单、自定义词包、近期使用过的词、投票、得分、设置和游戏进度保存在你的设备上。公开离线版本不会把这些游戏数据发送到我们的服务器。

Apple 设备备份可能依照你的 Apple 与设备设置包含应用数据；这些备份不由我们控制。

2. 账号、广告与分析

公开离线版本无需账号，不提供在线匹配，不展示第三方广告，也不集成第三方分析 SDK。游戏过程不申请通讯录、麦克风、相机、照片或精确位置权限。

3. 自定义内容

你输入的词语和昵称保存在本机。请勿输入个人隐私、机密、违法或侵权内容。自定义词包不会发布到公共社区，也不会自动翻译。

4. 分享

分享战绩是可选操作。战绩卡默认使用玩家编号；如果主动显示昵称，请先征得朋友同意。Apple 系统分享面板只会把战绩发往你选择的人或服务，并适用相应目标服务的隐私条款。

5. 删除本机数据

你可以在 App 内分别删除自定义词包和常用名单。“设置 → 清除本机游戏数据”会移除本次安装保存的游戏进度、自定义及曾保存的 AI 词包、近期词语、常用名单和开发访问码；声音和界面偏好保留。卸载 App 会移除其本地数据；Apple 备份需单独管理。

6. AI 与在线服务

公开离线版本不展示开发阶段的 AI 词包工坊，也不会向 AI 提供方发送主题或提示词。如果未来公开版本增加 AI 或其他联网功能，我们会先更新本政策和 App Store 隐私声明，并在传输发生前说明。

7. 客服邮件与网站托管

当你发送客服邮件时，我们会收到你主动提供的邮箱地址和内容，并仅用于处理请求。请勿发送密码、访问码或非必要的私人游戏信息。你可以申请删除客服通信，但适用的法律或安全保留义务除外。

本网站托管于 Render。与常见托管服务一样，Render 可能为了提供和保护网站而处理 IP 地址、浏览器或设备信息、请求网址、时间和安全日志等技术请求信息。本网站不使用广告或分析 Cookie。

8. 儿童

《同桌》是面向普通人群的聚会游戏，并非专门面向儿童。公开离线版本不要求账号或个人资料。未成年人输入词语与昵称时，应由父母或监护人指导。

9. 安全、跨境访问与更新

我们采用与离线 App 和公开 HTTPS 网站相适应的合理措施，但任何设备或网络服务都无法保证绝对安全。网站请求和客服通信可能在托管或邮件服务提供商运营的地区处理。

当 App 或数据处理方式变化时，我们可能更新本政策；页面顶部的生效日期代表当前版本。
