Terms of Use

These terms apply to the public offline version of Tablemates, provided by 英帅 王.

1. Using Tablemates

Tablemates is a local pass-and-play party game. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.

2. Respectful play

Do not use custom words, player names, shared scorecards, or other app features to harass, threaten, defame, discriminate, expose private information, encourage illegal or dangerous behavior, or infringe intellectual property or other rights. The game is meant for voluntary social play; allow anyone to skip a challenge or leave a game.

3. Your content

You are responsible for words and names you enter and for obtaining permission before sharing another person’s name. Custom content stays on your device in the public offline version. You keep any rights you have in your content and grant us no ownership merely by entering it locally.

4. Game results

Timers, scores, random roles, and prompts are entertainment features. Players remain responsible for agreeing on synonyms, challenge compliance, ties, and any house rules. Tablemates does not record speech or decide what happened around the table.

5. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, or discontinue features and word packs. Local data can be lost if the app is removed, device storage fails, or backups are unavailable. Keep a separate copy of custom words that matter to you.

6. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tablemates is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

本条款适用于由英帅 王提供的《同桌》公开离线版本。

1. 使用《同桌》

《同桌》是一款本地传手机聚会游戏。你可以依照本条款和适用法律将 App 用于个人、非商业娱乐。iOS App 同时适用 Apple 的标准许可应用最终用户许可协议。

2. 尊重同桌玩家

不得利用自定义词语、昵称、分享战绩或其他功能骚扰、威胁、诽谤、歧视他人，披露个人隐私，鼓励违法或危险行为，或侵犯知识产权等权利。游戏应当建立在自愿参与的基础上；任何人都可以跳过挑战或退出游戏。

3. 你的内容

你应对输入的词语和昵称负责，在分享他人姓名前取得许可。公开离线版本中的自定义内容保存在你的设备上。你保留自己对内容拥有的权利；仅在本机输入内容不会把所有权授予我们。

4. 游戏结果

计时、得分、随机身份和提示仅为娱乐功能。玩家需共同判断同义表达、挑战完成情况、平票和自定义规则。《同桌》不会录音，也不会自动判断桌边实际发生的事情。

5. 可用性与变更

我们可能改进、调整或停止某些功能与词包。卸载 App、设备存储故障或备份不可用时，本地数据可能丢失；重要的自定义词语请另行保存。

6. 免责声明与责任

在法律允许范围内，《同桌》按“现状”和“可用状态”提供，不承诺完全不中断或没有错误。本条款不会排除适用法律规定不得排除的消费者权利或责任。

7. 更新与联系
